Often confused with closure, speaking up, and even boundaries, revenge is an interesting topic and so are the stories that come with it. Most of all, revenge is dangerous in that it not only causes more grief, but actually blinds us to the reality that there is so much more that we can do in order to find real joy and develop a peaceful practice of living.  Today's episode will unpack all the confusion, shine light on what is happening on a primal level, and weave mindfulness into the ways in which we can cultivate healthy healing.

One thing to note is that panic disorder is an anxiety disorder, but the two are not the same, even though they are sometimes use interchangeably.

Hey guys!  Today I answer questions I get about travel and remote work. I've often heard the same things and have had the same conversations surrounding these topics and I figured it would be a good episode to record.  How much money must you have to travel? How can you travel so much without being rich? How can you work remotely? How can you move to such an expensive city on your own? Did you get help? How did you pay for rent, school, trainings, and living in London?  This episode is not aimed at addressing nonsense, it is aimed at addressing genuine concerns that you may have about being able to live a life that you want.  This episode is about discussing some realities about travelling, moving, and working to support yourself, and getting rid of the other stuff that is just distraction.  You need to KNOW that you can. Then, you do to DO it. Once you have that decided, you will be able to figure out how. Trust me. Or rather... trust YOURSELF!
