Today, we will be talking about understanding your narrative. We will also venture off into the tricky waters of what happens when you find yourself in a toxic dynamic and how to get out. As always, the goal here is not to fight, or hurt anyone. The goal here is to recognise, accept, kindly investigate, then not attach. This way we can heal, send love to ourselves and the people in questions, and find peace.
You need to remember that when people feel that your purpose is to serve them and that they are the heroes of the film, you are in a toxic relationship. You ARE NOT here to serve anyone. You ARE NOT here to be diminished or written over or silenced. You are here and worthy in your own right.
When people try to create a narrative for you (and all that comes with that), they are doing so because you have broken their illusion and they cannot handle it. They cannot handle that you have broken free so now they must convince themselves of all sorts in order to feel in control. Then, they go crazy because they can't. Why? Because you are free from all that, baby!
When people have to join forces with others who also feel you are not worthy of happiness, that does not make them right or powerful. It just makes it easier for you to filter through what you need and don't in your life.
It take strength and courage to do that. Once you do, you are free.
Unfortunately, drama will sort of follow, but I got you boo, because we talk about how to handle that, heal from that, and move on from that!
