Today I am joined by Ashley Wray, founder of Mala Collective. In 2011, Ashley decided to make a big career and life change by quitting her job as a journalist and traveling. After falling in love with mala beads and meditation in Bali, she returned home and started Mala Collective.
Ten years later she's grown Mala Collective to a 7-figure business and helps inspire mediation through different tools and practices (from online courses, to guided meditations, mala beads, and cushions).
Ashley shares her story of transitioning careers and launching a business, how meditation helps us create space to thrive, and how understanding what success means is a key to feeling fulfilled.
