Welcome back to another episode of The MindFULL Podcast!
Last week was an episode called "Where Are You Going?". For a lot of you, this might have been a heavy episode, especially if you are not sure. If you are someone who is not sure about where you are going, that's okay! Don't get discouraged.
If anything, last week was a reflection. This week, is about giving you clarity!
This week is called "Finding Your Purpose!". So if you are someone who is not sure where you're going, don't worry, I got you! Let's dive in and help you discover an incredibly affective way to find your purpose and get you on a path that will set you ON FIRE!
Welcome back beautiful people! We're going OFF today on this episode.
The main question I have for you is this: Where are you going?
It's reflection time. Where are you going? How has this year started for you? Do you have a plan as to how you want your New Year's 2023 reflection to go?
So many people have amazing ideas, and directions they want to go, but a lot of the time people are overcome with "shiny object syndrome". So why is this??
It's because we live in a world of instant gratification. Everybody wants things instantly, because that's the world that has been created for us. We can get our information instantly, we can get food delivered to our houses, we get honestly get ANYTHING delivered through Amazon. This has bread a subconscious belief that we should be millionaires overnight, or we should have a six-pack body after going to the gym for 3 days…
The reality is, success takes TIME! Anything worth having you need to work for.
This is the same with personal development. Would you say to yourself "I am going to build myself for as long as it takes?"
Join in me in this super powerful episode!
Much Love.
Hello beautiful people! Welcome to an INCREDIBLE episode of The MindFULL Podcast!
Today is going to be really special. Today we dive deep into the relationship! I love this word, because when you break it up, it really describes what the "relationship" is. You have "Relation" and you have "Ship".
What that should show you right off the bat is that the relationship is a journey. The relationship is exactly like sailing an actual ship through the seas. Some days you are going to have clear sky's and squalls, and other days it's going to be rough! Big waves, tonnes of rain, rough terrain to navigate through. It's the EXACT same with relationship. Some days are going to be blissfully happy and calm, and other days you are going to have major obstacles to navigate through.
So my question for you is this…How are YOU sailing your relationSHIP'S? Are you a helping to sail this ship so that it stays on course, and above water?
In this episode we dive DEEP into this concept to help give you clarity and direction on how best to sail the relationships you have in your life. This could be with family, friends, but most definitely with your romantic partners.
So let's get into it!

I am SO EXCITED about bringing you this episode today! This episode was inspired by a training a did earlier this year that what SO SO powerful.
All of us experience fear, but do we really know where fear comes from? Do we really know why we are so fearful? It's simple. Fear is built into us. It's in our DNA. However, just because it's built into us, doesn't mean we can't override it.
In this episode I dive deep into fear, rejection, and the fear of refection, and why "rejection" is one of the most prevalent inspirers of fear in our lives. I will explain where fear comes from, and why the brain does what it does when we are experiencing moments of fear.
Saddle up, get out your pens and papers, and get ready for one of the most powerful episodes of The MindFULL Podcast to date!

This is the LAST episode of 2022! In this episode I will be discussing a VERY important topic. This topic, much like many I talk about, is near and dear to my heart. This is all about what the best relationship we will ever have is.
Do you know what the best relationship YOU will ever have is? I'll tell you...
The BEST relationship you will ever have is the relationship you have with...yourself.
The realtionship you have with yourself is the ONLY guarenteed relationship that will last forever. We are with ourselves 24/7, so I can't stress enough the importance of nurturing that relationship, and making sure that you are taking care of it to the best of your ability.
In this episode I will give you my TOP 3 TIPS on how to cultivate self love and self worth, and ensure that that relationship will serve you forever. Not only in your relationships with others, but how you operate as an individual.

This is Pt. 2 of my intro episode series "We All Have A Story"
In this episode I complete my story by taking you more present day. The goal with these episodes is to continue to give you perspective and comfort around the fact that we are always growing. We will always have new opportunites for growth show themselves, and it's what we do with the opportunites that truly define us.
In life we can either choose to stay stuck, and choose to stay in paterns that aren't serving us. Or we can take the opportunites to identify new ways to grow into that primary self, and take that power in our lives back.
Welcome to the FIRST episode of The MindFULL Podcast!
What makes us beautiful and unique is that "We All Have A Story". We all have things that have affected us, and shaped who we are to this point. This can be a really powerful thing, but it can also keep us stuck depending on what you're telling yourself about your story.
This podcast is going to be your safe container. A safe container for us to discuss self development, personal development, relationship develpment, and anything that can help you transform yourself into the best version you can be.
I want to get vulnerable and uncomfortable here, so that it gives you permission to do the same in your own life. Being open, and communicating about things going on in your life is a superpower, and can propel you towards tranformation you never thought possible.
It starts with awareness. Once you are aware of what's going on for you, the jouney to change begins.
Love,
Chris
