He spent most of his life as an athlete, as he got older and better Drew was able to follow his passion of baseball and play at the professional level travelling around the world through the US, to Germany and Australia.
This is where his passion for health was found as he was able to stay healthy and injury-free through the long season no matter what city, or continent or how far he travelled. The experiments Drew performed on himself through both nutrition and fitness is what he teaches now and all stems from our stress levels.
"If we're able to reduce the stress in our lives through what we put in and on our body, and by reducing the stress in our environment, we can live healthy, vibrant lives which is exactly what we teach."
But not forgetting Drew is also the host of Exploring Mind and Body podcast.

In 2012, Peter had a brain injury. Before that, he had played football from the age of 4 and made it to a high level by playing for Fulham's Development Centre. After his brain injury, he had to learn everything again and he realised that he couldn't play football anymore.
In 2012 the Paralympics also happened and he saw disability football for the first time. At this point, he realised that disability sports weren't getting the recognition they deserve. As a result, he created Why Can't We. They are now setting up disability teams and events as well as using social media to raise awareness. Please use #wcw and get involved in promoting disability sport so everyone knows about it.
