You guys, can you believe that it's almost been ONE YEAR since the launch of my podcast?! I cannot. Honestly, what a wild ride but I'm SO happy I kept on going and you're all still here with me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
In this episode I talk about the feels of coming up to one year, the new person I've become and I open up about the beauty of slowing down and observing life, instead of rushing to react. Leading with love is a new way for me and navigating life from a place of the heart has been scary yet deeply rewarding for me.
We'll dive into the challenges of change, the discomfort that it brings, and the reminder that it's all part of our growth. Seasons come and go and with every ending comes a new beginning.
No matter what you're going through remember that this too shall pass.
I love you,
Renee Dawn

PEOPLE MATTER.
And I'm going to be real with you. The invisible effects of destructive relationship left me believing & living otherwise and I had no idea. Until recently.
When we flip the narrative that we've been putting on others for what feels like a long time back onto ourselves, the reality is brutal, heartbreaking and sad.
I have greived, I have been angry and I have been vulnerable and I feel exposed. But for the first time ever, I'm ok with feeling this way. Because I feel alive. My heart is beating again.
And oh to have a heart, for it is the only thing that really matters - to me.
We go for a little ride down a few different roads in this episode. Grab a tea and let's get going.

Well it's been a minute since I've given you a full update on how things are really going. I've had some major & shocking realizations about myself to be completely honest and as hard as it was to take a look in my own mirror, it's been absolutely freeing and for the first time in my life I'm starting to know what peace really feels like. And to start, peace didn't feel like peace.
I'll leave it there, for the rest you'll have to listen!
I mentioned in this episode that I am taking on new clients. But the fit has to be right. The vibe has to be right. So to see if you're a right fit for me and I'm a right fit for you you can book a quick call with me.
On that call you'll tell me a little bit about yourself and your life, where you want to go, some of the challenges you may be facing and I'll let you know upfront how I can support you to get to where you want to be. It's as simple as that.

My journey with my body has been bumpy up until the last few years, really. It took me almost 40 years to get to a place where I feel really good & healthy in my own skin, my own body. In this episode I talk about the biggest things that helped me get to where I am now but also the things that didn't work.
As always, it's real talk with me. I think the standards that women are held to are unrealistic and the way that we can "fight back" is by showing up unapologetically however that looks and the only person that get's to decide what that looks like is YOU. We define our reality.
The rest, you'll have to listen.
As always, thank you for being here and I love you.

JUNE is mental health awareness month. I believe every month, every week, every day, should be dedicated to mental health awareness, but, I'm glad we are still talking about it. Because there is still a stigma about it.
I will be talking about it as long as I'm here but I wanted to touch base for real, before June ended. It just felt right. And there are a few things I wanted to clarify from my last episode about me and mushrooms!
They are MAGIC!

Heal the world. Make it a better place. For you and for me and the entire human race. Wise words that matter more than ever, by my friend, Michael Jackson.
It's hard to know what to do or say these days, I know. But your voice matters more than ever right now and it's important that you use it. So let's talk about that.
This message is straight from my heart to yours. Whether we agree or disagree doesn't matter. It's time to come together in a time of divide.
All I ask is that you hear me out.
I love you.
Thank you for being here.

Just when I thought I reintroduced myself for the first time last episode, here I am again not even recognizing myself, in the best way.
I've changed so much. You might say, how within a week or two? It's possible, if you allow it. It's actually terrifying to change so much but it's exciting at the same time because everything feels new.
It feels like I'm seeing things for the first time. Feeling things for the first time. All the things, for the first time. And I'm here for it...because I've been waiting for this, for my entire life.
Something happened last week, that I will share more about in an upcoming episode. But for now, here I am. New again, for the first time.
And to many more new versions of me. I love who you were, even the unhealed parts of you. And I love who you are and who you will be.
An honouring of me. So that I can honour you.
I love you.

Allow me to reintroduce the new me to you in this episode!
It's ok to outgrow yourself, relationships, environments and situations.
It's ok to say goodbye for new hello's.
And it's ok to be proud of who you were. To allow the old you to cheer the new you on for who you're becoming, right before your very eyes. What a beautiful thing to witness.
It's not an easy process and I give some fun examples to maybe make it a little easier for you in this episode.
Always remember I love you and you've got this.
