Monty & Jake are talking fake fans in the stands for the return of NBA and MLB. But first the internet at Casa de Monty is not working well, and Monty has lost his patience for the process, so he called the company yesterday, and of course, hilarity ensued! The guys discuss MLB’s plan, with FOX to have fake fans in the stands during MLB broadcasts, do they need it? Monty says they don’t, and instead they should return to a high school atmosphere. Jake says the NBA scrimmages were awkward because of the giants screens and fan noise …but what should the NBA do? The guys have plans, and a big reaction to Mookie Betts gets PAID by the Dodgers. Monty says this contract will come back to haunt MLB Owners, while Jake says the Dodgers may be good, but this deal does not make them locks to win the World Series. Kneeling is no longer just an NFL thing, as the San Francisco Giants look a knee during the Anthem, the NBA, MLB, and NFL are all facilitating signs of protest from their athletes, will you turn off sports because of this? Have we all been desensitized to kneeling? Football should be getting underway this week, but in many areas, including high school and college, football is being delayed or cancelled.
