After a recent appearance by Wesley Huff on his podcast, Joe Rogan has begun attending a church and giving serious thought to Christianity. After that discussion, Carmen shared a thought from another social media influencer, Josh Howerton, as it appears to him that "Satan Has Overplayed His Hand". 

Jules made an appearance in the studio after working in the newsroom to share what's going on in her life. As the end of the school year is happening, it appears she's learned to take quick naps to keep up with her teenagers. 

Some bugs made an appearance in Jules homw and she was surprised to discover where they came from. 

Dave has some houseguests in town and it appears that he's not familiar with females taking time in the bathroom. He asked Jules about it and she explained that she has seen some strange items appearing in the shower lately. 

Dave's houseguests are in town this week for Emilie's Celebration of Life service. So it appears to be a tough but good weekend ahead for him. Please pray for him and his family.

Noted agnostic, Joe Rogan, has been busy going to church lately, and Christian apologist, Wesley Huff, may have a lot to do with that. Carmen was busy reading through the New Testament. Now that she's finished with that, she'll be reading through the Gospels. 

A lot of people are busy with moving to new states. Bill shared the top states that people are moving to. Mobile work may have a lot to do with that, but a good internet connection is vital. 

The month of May may feel just as busy as the month of December, hence the term,"Maycember", and many families are feeling the financial stress that comes along with those busy schedules of school ending, graduations, and summer plans. 

The Scripps National Spelling Bee starts tonight and Bill thinks that sports fans will be busy watching that action. For some word lovers, they'll be busy looking for words to suggest that the Oxford English Dictionary might add. 

If you are so busy that you have a hard time getting to places on time, you might try a new app that Dave told us about. He also told us about a new trend that has kept restaurants busy with menu additions and patrons coming to try some new food flights. 

Carmen was busy making a viral Ground Beef Sweet Potato Cottage Cheese bowl for dinner last night. And to top it off, she got a little help from some bees and hot honey. 

Since winning the Boston Marathon, John Korir has been busy posting to social media about step aerobics. 

Dave had a busy day yesterday taking the grandkids to the splash pad, but thoroughly enjoyed the people watching. 

Bill did something similar over the Memorial Day weekend with his grandkids but they seemed to be busy eating grass.

We're back after celebrating Memorial Day and remembering those who we've said goodbye to as they lost their lives fighting for our freedom. 

One man in Norway almost had an unusual knock on the door of his cabin from a ship that ran aground...again! 

Carmen took the opportunity this weekend to see the new Dutch Bros location in Tampa. While she was there, she got introduced to the hazard button in her car. 

Bill and family wanted to say hello to some friends but the beach traffic was causing problems all over the area. 

The Robertson Family (of Duck Dynasty Fame) said goodbye to their patriarch, Phil, who passed away over the weekend. 

Dave had a late night/ early morning wake up last night to say hello to his son and family who came into town.

Graduations are an important life milestone and many are graduating high school in our listening areas. Along with graduation, superlatives are often handed out. Dave told us how he got snubbed for "most talented". 

Some were concerned when Apple TV got the rights to the Charlie Brown TV specials and thought it would die off. But there is new life to the franchise as there is a new special in the works. 

Earlier this week, we learned of the passing of George Wendt, who played "Norm" on the classic sitcom, Cheers. 

Sadly, we also learned of the murder of a couple in D.C. that was due to be engaged. 

The penny is dying off as it will no longer be produced. So what does that mean for our purchases in the future. 

Carmen's Wordle streak ended when she got interrupted by the eye doctor. Going to the eye doctor is a part of life like many other medical needs. Carmen has been procrastinating on some doctor's visits that are part of life as we age.

Even though he won the PGA Championship over the weekend, it was Scottie Scheffler's 1-year-old son that caught the eyes of many this past Sunday. 

While Dave was doing some work for Classic Joy, he saw that Kim Boyce had moved back to Florida recently so he spent some time chatting and catching up with her. 

You might be surprised to see the results of a survey that looked at the top road trip arguments. 

A story that caught Hitch's eye made its way to Carmen as it is very likely that she would do the same thing. A mom saw a young man in the grocery store and asked to take a picture with him. She then sent it to her daughter with the text:"Found your husband". The daughter then shared that text exchange on social media and the story went viral. 

Linda shared how her sister pulled off a similar stunt for her niece. 

Dave was looking at the calendar and realized that his LSU Tigers take to the football field for the first game in 100 days from today! 

It was a sight to see yesterday when several of the guys were needed to move a piece of furniture we lovingly call the "Narnia closet".

There's a lot of trends we needed to talk about today. Not only is it Jayar's birthday and the officlal launch day of Tauren Wells new book, it's the launch of a trendy summer hat from Carmen. 

Before we got to that though, Bill realized that he has some quirky rules set up for himself when it comes to reading. 

Carmen is often seen as a trendsetter. She's also known for a particular phrase she uses almost daily. So we took that phrase and put it on a trendy new hat and made it available to you for the summer!  

Dave's got a migraine lifehack that is trending on TikTok in the from of a 'migraine meal'. And there's a new beverage available that started off as a TikTok trend but is now available on store shelves. 

Dutch Bros newest location is a trendy spot as it now requires the help of the local police to navigate the traffic in and around the store. 

ChatGPT is now the place to help you with the latest fashion trends and picking out what to wear. 

The Chosen is more than a trend these days. It's a movement. And the scenes of Jesus walking on the water had Bill thinking and sharing some more insight. 

In & Out, a fast-food chain, is trending in the news for making a move to eliminate food dyes from their menu options. 

Surprisingly, Five Guys is becoming trendy for Carmen.

Lots of failures and successes to discuss on the show today. Bill brought us back to our conversation with Tauren Wells and a comment he made about failure. Dave went in the direction of another Bible verse that reminds him of how God views our sin. 

Forrest Frank wrapped up his tour this weekend with stops in Jacksonville and Tampa. Carmen went to the show in Tampa and shared a few of the highlights from a successful night of entertainment. 

Bill's granddaughter spent the night over the weekend. She succesfully hid the remote to try and delay going home. Dave successfully installed a ceiling fan 

We called Andres who successfully got on stage to perform with Forrest Frank on Saturday night but had everyone worried when he suddenly got hurt. 

The American Idol finale was a big success according to Dave. 

Bill had a bit of a gardening fail when he was trying to help his neighbors out. He's also having a hard time finding the right plants to attract hummingbirds and Carmen is having some issues with her poinsettias. 

Dave wants to know if DiGiorno's new wood-fired frozen pizza option is a success or failure. 

One of the biggest successes that was evident from the Forrest Frank concert was the amount of tweens in attendance, especially boys. It's scenes like that that are pointing towards a revival among the younger generations. 

Speaking of the younger generations, many are successfully graduating high school. Dave shared that his church celebrated 20 kids in the midst of graduating.

Carmen found a study that suggests attending concerts every 2 weeks will add 9 years to your life. Now the question we're all asking is how that applies to churchgoers.
