District Homes is a woman-owned and operated business, partnering with the brokerage firm Side, Inc. Side, Inc. offers a new business model by exclusively partnering with top producing agents allowing them to create, grow, and power their own business, without the cost, time, or risk of establishing an independent brokerage. We talk about this new business model. Anna and I talk about her path into real estate, what she’s learned along the way, and how she shares her knowledge and experience with agents at District Homes to support them. This episode means more to me than I can say. It's truly one of the great good fortunes of my life to count Edna Olmstead among my closest friends. Edna spent 28 years at Red Oak Realty before retiring about a decade ago. I was fortunate to join Red Oak and become her friend right before she retired.
