If you're a mum, you are 100% aware of the amount of effort, energy, planning and organisation go into cooking your children and family healthy meals. But WOW - that can really snowball over time, leading us into the brain fog and 'didn't we have that two nights ago' moment.
Or, you might end up eating less-than-ideal meals, and setting a bad example to your growing kids.
Regardless of what you choose for meals, though, creating a weekly meal plan means you can really be more prepared and then have mental space in that area instead of mental load.
If you need support when it comes to your own mental load, and someone to chat to who gets it - email me at [email protected] for more information about Zoom consults for mums who need support!
Join Miranda and the crew in the FB group, Mental Load Reset for Mums - and/ or share a pic of the meal plan printable you can grab from the link below, to save yourself stacks of time!
