We’re going to dive into an important topic: girls and body self-image – and that includes our own. As mums, we have the power to shape how our daughters perceive their bodies, and today I’m sharing the strategies I use to foster a healthy, positive relationship with their bodies. I’ll also share some insights into my own journey with body image and how I try to model that for my kids.
