On July 11, 1996 31 year old Canadian resident Blair Adams was found dead in Knoxville Tennessee. Leading up to him ending up in Knoxville Blair was acting very strangely. He sold all of his belongings and he swore someone was following him. Was he right and he was being followed? Or did something completely different happen?
