“What is Muscle and Flow?” It’s more than just a fitness program that I developed and coach. It’s a lifestyle I live to spread. Each person has their own Muscle and Flow. Muscle is what you do to maintain a healthy body. It could be High Intensity training, yoga, running, or my Muscle and Flow Fitness Program. Your Flow is what you do to sharpen your mind and how you live your life outside the gym. It’s who you surround yourself with, what you read, what you eat, your mindset, your priorities, your lifestyle. Once you discover your Muscle and Flow and sharpen the mind and body you begin the path towards the best version of yourself. I truly believe everyone has a “badass switch” to become the best version of themselves. Unfortunatly, in todays world that switch can seem impossible to flip. My goal is to help people find their Muscle and Flow and flip that fucking switch. It still hurts me when I see people become complacent or not have confident in their own abilities.
