Nate chats with Roxbury alumna and current professional model, Devin Fox. Devin was a 3-sport standout for the Rockets and continued her softball career with the very successful program at Herkimer CC. She is now a model working in various locations like New York City, Florida and Puerto Rico. We talk about her career, look back on her sports playing days and dive into sexuality, mental health and much more. 

Nate connects with legendary Davenport girls soccer and basketball coach, Ray Preston. Coach Preston's resume speaks for itself with over 1,100 victories combined between the two sports. They take a trip down memory lane and talk about some of Ray's favorite stories and people. A must listen for any Delaware League fan!

Nate welcomes Rob Lishansky to the podcast. Rob is a member of the Pit Run committee in Oneonta. He tells us about what the race is planning to offer this year now that it will be a virtual event. Rob explains the history of the race and talks about the scholarship and grant money the event donates each year. Hear about why the race is named after deceased state trooper, Ricky "Pit" Parisian. Rob is also a local referee and gives us an update on how COVID-19 is affecting officials for high school sports this year.

Nate chats with retired longtime Margaretville Boys Soccer Coach, Pete Palen. Coach Palen was at the helm for the Blue Devils from 1971-2004. The team had an incredibly successful run during that span including 18 trips to the Section IV title game. They look back on Coach Palen's playing days at MCS, his college career and his journey back to his alma mater to teach and take on the soccer coaching job. Nate sits down with the head coach of the Galena Growlers High School Mountain Biking team, Rob Baker. He tells us how he helped get this local club started in the Norwich area and how fast the sport is growing across the US. Rob breaks down how the team trains, where they travel to for races and how local athletes can join them.

Jeff Mlinar from Empire State Takeover returns to talk about local girls basketball and he is accompanied by Eric Fluty, who is an assistant coach for the Mount Saint Mary College Women's Basketball team. Both have extensive knowledge of players in this area and give a full breakdown of what athletes have been doing this summer to improve their game.

Nate catches up with South Kortright alumna and current SUNY Delhi Women’s Soccer standout, Lexi DuBois. She tells us about her terrific junior season for the Broncos where she earned USCAA All-American honors. They look back on her great career at SK where she helped the Rams win numerous sectional titles in soccer and basketball. They also discuss why she decided to transfer from Hartwick to Delhi after her sophomore year of college.

Nate welcomes 2019 Oneonta grad, Evan Sitts to the podcast. Evan is one of the best golfers in the area and will be attending Binghamton University this fall to play for the D1 Bearcats. They talk about his stellar high school career including 3 trips to the state tournament. Evan also tells us about his success in local tournaments this summer and how golf has changed because of COVID-19.

Nate chats with longtime Milford coach, Jim Weir. They look back on a historic career of coaching girls basketball, softball and baseball at MCS. He is a 1973 Milford grad. They talk about his playing days and how he got into coaching. Jim is a well respected coach with an amazing resume. Nate even twists his arm and gets Jim to tell us about his career win totals and how many championships his teams have won. A must listen for any Tri-Valley League fan!
