The Jets, Penn State and Ohio State all took a week off, so the guys came in relaxed... well.. all of them except for Lou, who got back from Boston at 4am after watching his Astros get spanked by the Red Sox 12-3. A few hours later he jumped in to the studio to record. Let's give that man some credit for his dedication to the show on a very tough morning.
