Be tough, be tricky, be creative, be sneaky in order to stay in the game.
Everyone deprives themselves a quality nights sleep every so often.
You have a deadline, or catch a flight, or the car alarm is going off. These are unavoidable.
But 95% of the year you should have excellent quality sleep.
