  • What are the boundaries of Comedy? Will Smith hit #Chris Rock Reacting To A Joke
This episode is entitled: What are the boundaries of Comedy? The First Part we discuss Will Smith Slapped #Chris Rock after he made a joke about Jada’s hair calling her “G.I.Jane. Will Smith Slapped Chris Rock after he made a joke about Will’s wife hair calling her “G.I.Jane. But Will’s wife’s struggle with alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss. So Will was defending his wife from the insult which touched a sensitive and emotional issue for the Smith’s family as Will’s wife has been struggling to deal with this issue. But Chris probably was trying to make light of a serious situation. But he miscalculated as it was a personal and psychological and sensitive issue that could push buttons and it did. For #Jada didn’t laugh or smile and Will got up, went to the stage and hit Chris.
I do not subscribe to this type of reaction and violence is never the answer. But standing up for your family and your woman is what men do in the animal kingdom. Chris was out of line. But comedians always use jokes or humor that at times cuts deep and seems more an insult as if insults and bringing up peoples emotional scars is funny or what counts for jokes. Comedians will now tread carefully when trying to crack a joke.
This lead into Part B: What is or are the boundaries if any of comedy that seeks for laugh to arrive at some selfish gratification? It is like milking a barren goat 🐐 to the point of hurt so as to satisfy one's hunger or thirst without any sensitivity for the cow because the cow is an animal and it's feelings are not important to the herder only his desires to feed his family and quench his personal desires. Comedy has become just that: herders who will go below the belt to crack a joke to appease his desires to achieve humor, applying a strategy developed from his/her awareness of human nature. For human beings are more reactive to certain stimulus or stimuli especially those that are negative and "below the belt." This has never been the strategy for comedians and jesters; and many ended up quitting as they were unable to sustain or maintain the goal of comedy and comedians—to be funny and provide humor; but for what purpose? To provide humor that leads to a kind of catharsis or release. Humor was always necessary as it helped to provide a break from the tensions, seriousness and insensitivities of everyday—work—life. Comedians never understood this and had forgotten about their purpose and goals, as they abandoned their initial identity subscribing only to the activity or the mission to tell jokes for laugh. But in doing so, they've mixed up the priorities thereby diluting their essence. Why: Comedy within neoliberal capitalism has become infected by the new ethic of greed, nepotism and connectionism. In this Episode entitled: News Update: What’s Happening in the Russian-Ukraine War. “Today was a turn of events” And The PITCH, we present a news update regarding the Russian-Ukraine War and showcase another segment of “Street Vibe”. The episode is therefore divided into three (3) segments: 1. News Update on Russian Ukraine War: Today was a turn of events where we report There’s breaking news coming out of Ukraine:
    A. According to Mykolaiv, a Senior Ukrainian Government Official: Today was a turn of events and small victory for Ukraine. He said that the Ukrainian army and its foreign legion of volunteer fighters were able to repel the Russian army and liberate Nikolaev whom he described as fascist invaders. He reported that they are now working to free the region from the Russian occupation and invasion.
    B. Further, while Ukraine could not get their skies closed, they were able to close the sea, and this was due to the help from Turkey. He explained that this support is incredibly important for the Black Sea regions.
    C. However, he went on to say however, that due to the Russian provocations, the humanitarian corridors were all closed over Ukraine today. The founder of The Neoliberal Corporation fleshes out the idea of a pitch for The Neoliberal with three random travelers in Philadelphia PA and share his journey as he discusses one of Kevin Harrington’s “Seven Steps To Building A Personal Brand.” 1. Remember that the "idea" of your brand is just the beginning. You need to take action! Segment 3. Wrap-Up: We discuss some wishes we have to speak with Kevin about this on our show sometime and do an interview which may provide useful. One Street Vibe contributor, Lisa had stated that People in her community need information and help still so that they can get to the next level as there are so much talent yet to be discovered just lying dormant or waiting for the right investment. So we will definitely benefit from having someone like Kevin and John Anthony Castro who also recently reached out to me and added me as a someone he follows on twitter. I actually messaged him and asked if he would allow me to do a podcast with him and he has accepted. When that happens you will hear about it. John is an alumnus of Georgetown University where I am doing my Doctorate. HTTPS://renaldocmckenzie.com

  • Street Vibes: The Pulse of The People
In this episode we introduce a new segment of the show entitled “Street Vibes: The Pulse Of The People.” We will break this episode up in three segments: 1. We introduce the new sub program or segment and comment on the themes of power, privilege, position and status and the challenge they pose for humanity. We will then break with an interlude and move into Segment 2 where I wrap with Lisa, a random passenger I picked up in Philadelphia who was more than happy to discuss issues of power and the dynamics of peoples in society. Lisa is not an academic but provided a meaningful perspective to these discussions and shared a concern about her community. We then break with an interlude and then move into Segment 3, where I provide a recording of an impromptu wrap session I was leading introducing “Neoliberalism.” This segment contains one or two expletives and the word Nig*a is mentioned but without malice or I’ll intention as the expressions were used in gesture or with humor and within an unprofessional and impromptu manner. • The Foundations Of Knowledge and the Hegemony of Faith: Privilege and Position.
This is a long but very informative and deep episode about The Foundations of Knowledge and the Hegemony of Faith. It’s really part of our efforts to study power, it’s strategies and effects on the dynamics of human society. The discussions are a continuation from the previous episodes where we discuss Putin’s Mind and Florida’s ban on teaching and Reimagining Peoples and the challenges in the world today stemming from privilege and position. But this kind of privilege and suspicion of the other exemplified in Putin's motivations is evident not only in politics but is the foundation of almost all major religions of the world. And religion or faith has provided the legacy of privilege, position, hegemony, dominance and wars such as the crusades and Suicide Bombings. Even as I explore "The Secrets to Unlocking Divine Intervention," one must be careful that this discovery is not presented or accepted as the ideal or better theology, but a perspective in reality from a subjective experience that may facilitate catharsis, or some broaden understanding or practice that may aid or support the dynamics and challenges of life.
For when and if we’ve connected with “God,” we shouldn’t privilege that personal realization steeped in human prejudice or personal interpretation of that revelation which was probably meant for me and my Divine connection. Yet we have sought to universalize a brand of Divine intervention as if to proselytize or to create franchises instead of providing a perspective that may help to inspire and advance a human soul and preserve life. For if life is to be preserved then at times an intervention that is Divine may suffice to appease that Divine goal of life and the enjoyment it brings the Gods. If truth be told, we have universalized a brand of divine intervention so as to continue to assert our hegemony. But this is not new the beginnings of Christianity and the bifurcation of Judaism into "Jews for Jesus" and "Jews not for Jesus" created a situation where these positions jostle for positions that’s privilege themselves and beliefs over others. When you study the foundations and evolution of knowledge up to the patristic traditions and beyond you see how these branches utilized interpretive methods so as to assert their positions and Romanized Christianity which provided a victory for “Jews for Jesus” who at that point reposition themselves and started their hegemony and growth over the world. We will delve into these fully as I develop my final paper that looks at development of privilege and position.
Furthermore, as we think about these matters and examine the foundations of religion, we see the polishing or incorporation of Socratic-Platonic philosophy regarding piety and "philosophical preparation" to achieve "eternal life" within the development of western foundations of religion. While the Jews look for a Hero that is Like that of the Greeks Achilles, those of the Messianic persuasion saw their hero as Jesus who is the Christ and who dies to save the day. One may come to a conclusion about the influences how the traditions of Greek philosophy are mixed elaborately within Christian traditions, as the early church and religious fathers had attempted to promote a religion that was better than the others. And the fathers were selective, ensuring that the traditions and literature that would create or lead to the hegemony of Christianity was included in the canon of scripture, which we now refer to as The Holy Bible, that was nonexistent in the patristic and the early part of the medieval period… we will break this segment into two parts one is an introduction about what we are doing here at the Neoliberal and what we are about. Then we introduce the topic picking up from last week and discuss the topic in Part 1, Part 2 and Closing arguments Segments outlining what occidentalism and Orientalism is. • Florida's ban on “teaching” is based on bad-analysis & Stop Thinking Race, It’s A Pseudoscience
This Episode is absolutely Powerful. We discuss "Reimagining Peoples Within Critical Race Theory: Not Thinking Race And Moving Away from A Victim to A Hero Approach.” It is a longer episode and is academic but I flesh out the concepts so that anyone can understand the technicality of some discussions. The episode is broken up in 4 segments: Introduction which explores why Florida’s ban is based on bad analysis and the origins of Race as a Pseudoscience. My review of Berry’s Book “Price For Their Pound Of Flesh, And closing arguments and an update on how some Americans feel about the US Relief to Ukraine. We carried a podcast episode recently, talking about how Florida passed a ban on teaching students to “feel guilt” on history. It was also published as an article in last week's LinkedIn newsletter, "The Neoliberal Commentary". I wanted to add another point to the discussion surrounding this issue as we get into the topic of discussion for today, "Reimagining Peoples Within Critical Race Theory: Not Thinking Race And Moving Away from A Victim to A Hero Approach.” The point is that Florida's ban against teaching students to feel-guilt on history seems to be based on bad analysis, in that, it presumes that people aren’t responsible for their own emotions or their internal feelings or responses towards external stimuli. The fact is each person is different and unique and may have one feeling or reaction towards an external stimulus which differs from another when exposed to the same stimulus or stimuli. This is where Descartes was useful, when he arrived at “cogito ergo sum” (I think therefore I am)—pointing out that knowledge of reality is certain because of the inescapable proof of the reality of one's own mind in the very act of doubting one's own existence. This leads to the implication then, that we can’t really know anything outside of our own minds and reality of ourselves (See Descartes, Rene, “The Philosophical Works of Descartes, rendered into English,” Translated by Elizabeth S. Haldane and G.R.T. Ross, 1911). Therefore, we are only aware of our own feelings and are the only ones who can truly make sense of reality for ourselves. But this ban seems to blame the truth of history contained in lessons that is actually on schools' curricular or business programs aimed at developing diversity among their students and staff respectively. However, based on the subjective understanding of reality described by Descartes, we cannot assume a feeling for others, because we are outside of the realities of individuals, and individuals have minds that impress a subjective understanding of the experience of a particular reality or stimuli within their reality. Therefore, an experience and or feelings of guilt make up an individual's personality and subjective understanding of reality. The ban assumes an experience on everyone and comes to a conclusion about a personal response. Further, if people feel guilty from exposure to stimuli, isn’t this a normal human response given the fact that we have consciences and rationality based on our human consciousness and therefore an idea of justice, fairness and discrimination. Further, this ban gives students tremendous authority over the classroom and learning, for any student can now say they “feel guilt” from any lesson in history that is taught…. • Putin’s latest speech March 16, 2022. He Reveals His Mindset. I Delve Into It Here & The Red Flags
Putin’s latest speech March 16, 2022. He reveals his mind. I delve into it here: Putin believes the West thinks it’s of a higher caste and is not to be trusted for they only use peoples and treat them as expendable. He justifies genocide or murder or killing Ukraine and those who side with the West as a purification mechanism to strengthen Russia (all of Russia) including the former USSR countries. In this speech he reveals his true intentions to unite all of Russia by cutting down and cutting off those who side with the West and believe that Western values about example about gender equality are better than Russians position on gender equality. You can be for gender equality but don’t force it on us, don’t believe that it’s better than our position that puts men and women in their proper place. For Putin he believes that the West assumes that it’s progressive or democratic or slavish ways of life is better and that this makes their society better than Russia. He believes the former USSR countries have lost their way and are adopting Western ways at the expense of Russia and in order to save and preserve Mother Russia and its children from departing from that which is truly Russia, we must “spew them out.” Even if it means going to war. This is extremism, the kind of extremism that seems to be growing everywhere. It was just recently where it happened here in the US when white extremists marched to the US capital who many believe were, under the influence and motivation of Donald Trump, to stop the VP from certifying the US presidential elections, a democratic process here in the US. Further Putin is being duplicitous and hypocritical when he says others believe their way is better when he is forcing his way as the way for all Russia to follow. Prejudicing a way of life and expectating all to subscribe to that or be killed. Further, once it was the way of life, but when a way of life or a taboo is no longer a taboo and now accepted as part of the way of life, then there is a backlash from the status quo. Saving Russian values, ideologies and lifestyle is like the old holding on to a past quickly leaving them—Russian Conservative traditional values must be protected at all costs!
So, Putin’s goals do not stop with Ukraine, it only starts there. For his mission is to force the other former Soviet countries to fall in line or die. Not in the sense that they must join Russia and give up their national, but more so for these countries to maintain the Russian way of life, values and principles and not behave as if the West is better and that we (Russia) must bend to their way. This is what makes all of Russia week, and vulnerable to take over from the west. The West is invading Russia ideologically and that is the highest sin or evil that must be root out even if it means war!
Russia is not just Russia in the geographic sense. Russia is the entire former Soviet countries, (values, ideologies and principles). The purity of this must be protected from the West which are using the other USSR countries to penetrate so as to dominate all—of—Russia/ Mother Russia. Putin is suspicious of the West and thinks we cannot be trusted.
But he also wants All Russia to keep its identity even if the West thinks it’s backward or unfair and he is willing ti kill thousands for those fears. But what if those countries want a separate identity that is not All Russian. What if these former USSR countries accept certain western values and realize for themselves the challenge’s of the current ones. That’s traitorous Putin would say. For no one must depart from the Russian way even if the Souviet Union has broken up. In effect, Putin embodies totalitarianism and despotic leadership. If he believes that destroying lives for the sake of maintaining some ideological purity is salvific, then using nuclear weapons is absolutely not out of his reach or plan. The West must be warned, that this current invasion is only the beg
