I call this show the “New Relationship Reality Show” for a couple of reasons. I like to be on the cutting edge of my profession and to bring the newest insights to the airwaves.

I believe there is an opportunity in our current culture to wake up to New Ways of being in relationship… and I also know we are challenged every moment by the new ways we have created to stay connected, which actually take us farther away from the relationships we yearn for.

This is such an important topic I will be devoting the month of March to exploring the various ways we stay connected. There are many distractions that disconnect us these days but the good news is there are many fun and reliable rituals that keep the connection with those we love alive.

My guest today is Kate Nash, the owner of Cosmotion, a studio here in Ventura, CA, that focuses on bringing together a variety of modalities to enhance its members’ in Mind, Body & Spirit.

As a transformational leader, Kate brings a new level of relationship awareness to her members. To that end, she and I co-created the “7 Keys to Relationship Joy” workshop. We discovered that there are many people who feel disconnected in this day and age and that there are rituals that help.
