What I miss, though, are the rules that guide us in using them wisely. Our technological inventions have wonderful offerings that appear, on the surface, to be bringing us closer together. Is this actually so?

The truth is we have created a quagmire of disconnected and chaotic connections.

I and my guest, Barbara Fagan, get to the heart of this important issue in our conversation today. Barbara is an expert at truly meaningful communication and she articulates beautifully what is lost when we use our devices to avoid vulnerable connections.
