This show is reminder for every person who has experienced a loss and is ready to rebuild. This show was created for those of us who feel like we've missed our passion or callings and are ready to start the process of creating new lives for ourselves and families.

The Next Level Of Bliss was created 2 years ago and we are now are moving into the builders phase. The builders phase will include everyone who is preparing to be an entrepreneur, mompreneur, podcaster, a blogger, and anyone who's ready to create the road map to a future of hope and reality. I once owned and ran two amazing side businesses (giftbasket and lingerie company) but my business path was redirected when I started my family. I am both excited and blessed to be on this journey again as we prepare for our Next Level Series.

This show is based on some of my experiences after a huge loss in my life which included a very painful divorce. I was able to comeback but it took a lot of prayers, faith and patience with myself. I want to share this show with anyone who may be feeling down and unsure about the future. Sometimes in life we don't have a positive circle, friends or even family to help us navigate painful losses and devastation. When we experience these types of losses it's easy to feel alone and overwhelmed with sadness. I too felt lost, alone, sad and many times didn't have anyone to talk too about it. God has a beautiful way of putting people in our lives to help us when we reach out to him. I'm grateful for the connections I made during the process of my comeback. Are you in the process of a comeback? Do you feel overwhelmed, sad, depressed and ready to almost throw in the towel. No matter what don't give up, you can bounce back from your losses. Whatever the reason is for your comeback, I hope this show encourages you .

This show is about my healthy lifestyle changes. This was recorded in April 2019. I lost a total of 45 pounds. My weight loss journey started in 2017 when my youngest son was attending his last year of preschool. I was the taxi Mom the everything Mom, at that time and

gained more weight than I wanted too. I have managed to keep most of my weight off. About a year ago I felt that I was too slim and went on the process of gaining back the 15 pounds. In 2019-2020 I gained back 15 pounds. I wear a size 10 and I'm very happy. Since the pandemic I will admit that I have not been eating super healthy. I also accept that I could use some stomach crunches..:)...

This was a fun recording that was originally a video. This was a podcast on the go so I apologize in advance some of the sound is funky but helpful info. In this recording I share my conversations with the dietitian, and how fasting helped me lose weight.

I talked to God about my health goals fasting/faith, my experiences with green tea, apple cider vinegar detox, if you can bypass the sound it's a fun show.

note: this show was recorded over a year ago since there will be new update but I wanted to share!

At the start of the show I share some my experiences of how I needed to review how I was getting peace in my daily life or lack thereof.

How could the encourager Ms. Alicia be lacking the peace I needed to feel fully rested and restored.

Yes it did happen to me so I decided to do some research on finding peace and restoration. I located in a pile of paperwork a list of 27 ways to find self-care for moms and there is where I found information on Dr. Saundra Dalton - Smith.

She is a board-certified internal medicine physician who reveals the real reason why we are chronically tired despite getting the proper amounts of sleep and the 6 other types of rest available to us in this fast-paced and informative talk. She is also a author, and speaker.

This show is based on the many tribulations that are taking place in our world today. When you look at covid, quarantine, lockdowns, race riots, protests its easy to see , we are living in some real tough times. It's really a time to find peace within ourselves so that we are able to function and manage our many responsibilities. I'm hoping this show just encourages you to keep going even when it feels impossible.
