So, so what'cha, what'cha, what'cha want? If it’s 3 guys talking triple trouble about an album released 30 years ago, press play, free your mind, it's time for good times.

This week, we welcome aboard our first ever guest-host. It’s Coop from Mondo Bizarro. We’ve invited him on as a Beastie Boys expert to discuss Check Your Head, the album released 30 years ago.

As you’d expect from a show we make, it’s thin on actual facts but if you listen, you get a real good feeling that you just can't lose.

Someone mentioned on Twitter that all music from 1996 was bad. We don't think they meant it literally but we took it upon ourselves to shine a light on the good stuff that was released that year. There was loads to chose from, so many that we had to tweet out the ones we couldn't squeeze in!

Not sure what else we waffled about. If there's something we said that you're interested in, let us know...

For show 104 Steve had the inspired idea of doing a show that had no beats. This was tricky as nobody really wants to hear 120 minutes of drones and synths.

Luckily, we were able to cobble together two hours of different styles of music to keep it f-f-fresh. On the night, the broadcast was full of technical problems; broken mics, dodgy faders, creaky chairs, bad timings and two despondent presenters.

This week (10th April) there wasn't a show. P was lettin' his ears recover after 2 nights of DJing. S was lettin' his feet recover after 30ish miles on the Pennine Way. Instead, we just played this clean upload of the show for the people that missed it and the folks that demanded to hear it again (hold tight all Sunday night crew).

Steve here… in a surprise to everyone, this week is a solo show! NGL, was all ready to take a(nother) week off but we needed to keep the train rollin’! Very glad I decided to do the show as the guest-mix is absolute FIRE!

An all-wax-psych-fuzz-freak-out from Black Wax Solution. You can catch him DJing around the place, co-hosting the excellent music podcast "What Goes Around Podcast" and generally being fun on Twitter.

Today has been a rollercoaster. We thought the 1st half of the show had been lost in the sands of time but Gregg, the IT Don at Sheffield Live, managed to delve into the mainframe and save it. We had thought that hour two contained some of our best live radio work for a while but perhaps that was only the case when the show was lost. Now we’re not so sure.

What isn't in doubt is there is stellar musical selections. But that's the same every week.

Afternoon all. Hope you're all well, had a good weekend. Here's the show from last night. After a couple of weeks without us, the demand for our unique style on the mic should be high.

This week we play some records that don't really go well together and then some records that go really well together. In the bits in-between, we talk about our recent (mis)adventures and a bit about the tunes.

We didn't do a show today... well, we kinda did. We re-used and old show without us waffling over it. Some might say that's an improvement.

Instead of uploading it, we're giving you our "Drunk on 45s Mix" from a few weeks ago.

Folks seemed to like it so it only seems right we give it to you to enjoy at your leisure. It's perfect for when you're entertaining.

We'll hopefully be back next week with tales of what we've been up to, where we've been and informative chat.
