Attached here is a doc that helps explain how we (TEAM Builders) operate our production calendar internally. The cool part is that it's tied to zero technology. It's actually built after the same philosophy that Toyota enhanced the automotive industry with their assembly line engineering that increased the quality of vehicles. Super cool.

We call it the "Sticky" Process.

It operates completely on post-it notes. This system is what has allowed me to get off the operational tools and into a CEO seat - no joke I can leave my company in peace for an entire week and not deal with phone call headaches. Which reminds me - I am going to be traveling to Iceland October 6-10. I am doing some deep work on a men's retreat that weekend with some other CEOs - cool story I will tell later.

Anyways, My thought is how cool would it be to tell PFC clients who struggle with some of the complexities of these bigger project management tools (not knocking poorly on Check-Up - what I saw today was impressive from Jay and I love how it works for him)... But what if they could run production simply on sticky notes? This is what I have been doing and building the last two years and this is what I want to share with you guys.

I feel teaching a GC pod is great and I am happy to do that if that is where I am best fit currently. But I feel my biggest value I can bring to this community is helping people specifically develop from simple production schedules to larger production schedules all on a whiteboard system that makes perfect sense for how this industry operates.
