In the social media landscape, the hunting community is often facing an uphill battle. The idea of posting pictures of animals you've killed will always bring certain comments and messages, no matter how well its done. However, what happens when the negative feedback is coming from within the hunting community?
My guest today deals with this conundrum frequently. Zach Owens is an avid outdoorsman, bow hunter, trapper, husband, and father. Zach takes heat online because of the animals he hunts, predators, specifically wolves. I was really excited to be able to sit down with Zach and talk about why predator management is such a key part of the hunting landscape if we wish to have thriving numbers of other game animals.
He provides great insight into that topic, and why he truly loves these animals in a way that most don't understand.
Enjoy!
