Katelyn Ritter of Obstacle Running Adventures joined Will to talk about Day 2 of the Spartan Games. Katelyn has gone on record on her show as not being a big fan of the Hunter McIntyre show. We talk about how much of that is real and how much is for the cameras.

Katelyn also talked about her Ice Cream 5k experience and Will makes plans to run one from his garage. (Will apparently has a freezer in his garage. Weird flex, but ok.)

This is (hopefully) the last time we talk Hunter/Aaron drama. There are other places to get your OCR TMZ fix. We will focus on the competition side of the sport.

Day Two of The Spartan Games is in the books. We talk with Spartan Vice President of Production and Spartan Games Event Director Mike Morris about everything that happened on Day Two.

Hunter McIntyre and Aaron Newell both were penalized for their actions during the Spartan Cross on Day One.

Hunter won his second event in a row, the Deka Strong.

Ryan Atkins won his second event of the games, the La Ruta Mountain Biking race. He leads the men's field with Hunter six points behind him in second.

Lindsay Webster won her second event of the games also. She has won the same two events as her husband, Ryan Atkins. They both won the Spartan Cross and Mountain Biking.

Corinna Coffin has not placed first at an event yet, but she has finished 2nd or 4th every time. She is only two points behind Lindsay for first place overall.

After an infection-heavy intro we talk with 7-time World Champion Lindsay Webster. Lindsay has won the Spartan World Championship back-to-back, the OCRWC World Championship 5 times, and is the only woman to ever win the Spartan US National Series, winning it every year since its inception in 2016.

Lindsay recently won the first race in the 2020 Spartan US National Series and joined us to talk about the race, her new home in Quebec, and the best ways to learn a foreign language.
