Today's Oddcast - Meet the Neighbors (Airdate 10/21/2022)

Sheri and Kevin recently lost one of their beloved dogs. After a long, difficult day and many tears, they ordered some Chinese food. Which was dropped off at the wrong house. What happened next is the kind of thing that usually only happens to Bob. Nothing like meeting the new neighbors in pajamas and tears...it's kind of amazing how sadness and hilarity can collide in the most unexpected ways. Life's kind of magical that way. You know what else is magical? The love of a dog - and really good Chinese food.

Today's Oddcast - Floating Corpse Brings the Good News (Airdate 10/14/2022)

You'd think rising from the dead and levitating at your own funeral would be enough to make you famous, but Christina kicked it up a notch. Declaring that God had sent her back to Earth to warn people of the perils of Purgatory, Christina of Brusthem went on to live for 54 more years post-funeral freaky floating. People were aghast and baffled by her ability to submerge herself in the nearby icy river, by her penchant for stepping into a bonfire - only to emerge unscathed by the flames. I mean, what the H-O-L-Y is going on here? Was it demons? Magic? Trickery? Or...was it all just as she described? Meet Saint Christina the Astonishing - and decide for yourself.

Today's Oddcast - To Be The Man, You Gotta Beat The Man (Airdate 10/7/2022)

Nothing beats the adrenaline of watching two grown men in tights smacking and suplexing each other in a wrestling ring in someone's backyard. That's exactly what Sheri and Lamar experienced when they got to be guest commentators for a Classic Pro Wrestling event at The Wellford Pavilion in Wellford, SC. In this Oddcast the two recap that night, one they'll be thinking about until the next time they can watch someone use their massive thigh muscles to grip another in a chokehold.

Today's Oddcast - You Gonna' Eat That? (Airdate 10/3/2022)

Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story on Netflix might be the number one show on the platform right now, but there's nothing new about cannibalism. Evidence of people eating other people dates back more than 100,000 years. And before you think all cannibals are psycho, think again. Most are extreme loners - disturbed, sick, but not insane. In this episode, we take a look at the cannibal who used the internet to fetch his meal: Armin Miewes. More shocking? His victim consented to everything - and even tried a bite. It's Spooky Season and this Oddcast is not for the finicky or faint of heart. Listeners beware.
