The Other Half

Two people, who live in Orange County, watch Orange County. It certainly is a movie with Jack Black in it. The poster makes it look a lot more absurbist than it actaully is, but it’s just a movie with Jack Black in it.

Grab your favorite alcoholic beverage when you listen to this hot and sweaty episode of The Other Half. We are still under the impression that this is a comedy movie right? I hope so, because laughing at a movie that isn’t a comedy means the movie is bad right? (Oh the poster says “The original Kung Fu Comedy.’)

Wow two movies in a row starting with ‘The’. This is an odd coincidence, because The Wizard and The Pianist are completely different movies. Though I bet Adrien Brody’s character wanted to go to California the entire movie as well.

 

You know, I was hoping this movie was about three kids who stumbled upon an actual wizard and he transported them to a magical land of all things Nintendo. Unfortunatly, this movie is a lot more grounded in reality than what I imagined it to be. Sorta.

Wow. I mean. How can you even prepare for a movie like this? Ethan and Mike tackle the John Waters classic that should be seen by no one who values thier sanity. Why would you even make this movie?

Why does “Man” have two n’s in it? It would have looked fine without it. Oh wait, I forgot. I’m asking a question about a movie that was clearly written by a robot who doesn’t understand humans. I shouldn’t care. This movie dpesn’t deserve it.

It’s the famous movie that put pottery on the map. Before this movie, being a potter ment also committing your life to homelessness. Today, potters live a life of luxury, teaching classes at community colleges to students who are still trying to find themselves.

Instead of scarring our minds with Blackfish, we decide instead to watch the family, fun, adventure, romp, about a kid who was abandoned by his mother. If you didn’t know the whale was an allegory for his absent mom because she was sooooo fat!

Akira, Akira. I never really knew that anime could be like this. It makes a man wants to watch more of it. Paprika (yes), Perfect Blue (yes), Ponyo (No, Akira, Akira), Spirited Away, Akira, Akira.

This is just one of those movies that has a lot of unanswered questions. One of the most pressing one’s is, why is the rain purple? Did Prince ever make it big? Does Prince spend more money on hair product or clothes?
