For making over $1MIL+ cash in my business, I sometimes surprise myself when the most basic lessons return. This week's episode was inspired by something that happened at home. My daughter joining Girl Scouts and selling cookies. I noticed myself taking over the project, carrying the pressure, and stressing about the outcome… until I realized I was missing the entire point.

That realization opened up a big reminder about overefforting. We do it a lot as heart centered women in business because we CARE. But often, we're actually blocking growth, ease, and sustainable money.
