There is a time in our lives when all we are concerned with is me, my and mine. Whatever affects me is all that matters. When I am hungry, I want to be fed. I have things and they are mine. I have worked very hard for them and take good care of them. You keep your hands off. Yes, having many things is fun. You can show them off. You can shine them, wash them, and take very good care of them. However, the time you spend doing that will never bring you the joy, build friendships, and give you that feeling that nobody can take away, like when you share with others, help others, and care for others.

We had taken a trip to Santa Fe, but we stayed at a camping cabin at the KOA. When we went over Christmas and New Years to Big Bend National Park in South Texas, it was her first time to stay in, and live out of the FJ. What an experience! She shares what she expected and how it actually turned out. Did she enjoy it? Is there another trip planned and is she looking forward to it or is it not her thing? Listen and find out!

Have a wonderful Day!
Over Thanksgiving, I decided to go to the Santa Fe, NM area. I had been wanting to go to this area since we had done the Enchanted Rockies Trail back during 2020 and had driven through there. The town is epic in that the downtown area is so interesting with many historic places to see and visit. The area has the Carson National Forest and many different National Parks and trails to explore. We had such a great time exploring this area and being able to adventure around, taking it all in. Join Gia and I as we talk about our time there and the different ways we were able to experience Santa Fe, NM.

Have a wonderful Day!
A few buddies and I take off down one of the most celebrated point to point hikes in Arkansas, the Ozark Highlands Trail. Now this trail is well over 200 miles long so we decided to do a section of it that not many people do. It is not celebrated with overlooks and canyons and all this and that. It is just a nice walk in the woods up and down the different sections of mountains in the Ozarks. Little did I know how this weekend would change my life. This episode marks the final day and the details that came, including the celebration at the end.d
