This is the audio of the entire conversation that scientist and radio expert Jimmy Blanchette and I had. Blanchette explored a system of sending moon bounce signals using his 250,000-watt radio antenna. This led to his sending out signals to any non-human intelligences. He discovered that he could get a reply on a small 8-watt radio tuned to 144.1.

Over the next four years Jimmy and others ran experiments that showed the whole process was repeatable. He could send a signal off one radio, and then receive a signal back on that radio even though many other radios in the same room, tuned to the same frequency, would remain silent.

The ultimate end game was to decode the signal that was coming back from wherever on the radio. In November 2021 that was achieved.

This interview deals with his decoding of a radio signal that was on one of his radios and that of researcher Marcel Vidovic. In the interview we go through what the message was and how significant it might be in understanding reality.

There are numerous slides that describe the mathematics that was involved in what is being called “the 8-tone reply.” The video will also show the extended process where a camera was attached to the antenna array which would pick up UFOs as the signal was being sent.

This is a very historic interview and my thanks to Jimmy Blanchette for allowing me to be a part of telling the story.

In this episode I talk about the recent interview that was done by Colm Kelleher for the New Thinking Allowed podcast. I comment on the UFO sighting he had, the reported injuries, and the hitchhiker effect that happens in most paranormal situations.

I also talk a bit about the conversation I had with radio transmission expert Jimmy Blanchette on his decoding of one of the 8 watt radio messages that was received. This work has been going on for about 4 years and has produced great evidence that can be duplicated by others. These are some interview clips that were done years ago with James Smith, the son for Wilbert Smith who ran the Canadian Government flying saucer investigation from 1950 to 1954. There is a conversation I have with James and a conversation he had with an old radio show in Toronto called Strange Days.

James Smith was the person who stored the Smith files after he died, and who provided them to the University of Ottawa for research. James was a music teacher and did not really follow in his father's UFO research. He was a teenager when his father passed in 1962.

In the interview James is asked about the UFO material that was being sent to his father from the USA for analysis. He is also asked about the conversation he had with his father about crashed saucers and alien bodies.

I this interview related to a new CE-6 modality to contact the intelligence behind the UFO phenomenon with radios, I ask if the messages coming back can be decoded. It appears that Jimmy Blanchette, the genius behind this whole technology, may actually have decoded one message.

As I prepare to interview him about what the message back said, this interview looks back. It is a full review of how the technology was developed, the success that was achieved, and where Jimmy plans to take the technology in the future.

Peter Whitley is the MUFON director for Japan. In our far-ranging discussion we started with the UFO UAP situation in Japan talking about experiencers and UFO sightings. We discussed the videos of UFOs that were reported around the Fukushima Nuclear power plant.

Starting in hour two we started to discuss more important elements about UFOs such as contact with the entities, and the OBE technique Peter worked with after 20 years of meditation and then talking the Gateway course at the Monroe Institute. We discuss what the message of the being is, and what might actually be going on in the UFO abduction experience, and the hybrid program that many have spoken. We also speak about crystals and where universal information might be stored. This has also been reported by Richard Doty, the Michael Newton Life Between Life material, and other experiencers.

In this brief excerpt Peter talks about how they allowed him to fly the flying saucer and how it was done. This description differs from version of propulsion given by Bob Lazar, Hal Puthoff, Tom DeLonge, or Lou Elizondo.

I have researched 50 people who have reportedly done this, and Peter tells exactly the same process for how it is done. The guest for today is Dr. Bob Davis who is an internationally recognized research scientist, author, film producer and speaker. One of the biggest leaks in the UFO community starting in the 1980s, was the story of MJ-12. It was the rumored control group formed by President Truman for controlling the UFO subject information starting in 1947.

The existence of this group has been very controversial, despite the fact that there is a lot of supporting evidence. I detailed numerous people who had talked about MJ-12 in my book UFOs, Area 51, and Government Informants. In this podcast I look at a series of high level people who talked about this control group, and I add an audio that was done with Admiral Bobby Ray Inman, who was Director of Naval Intelligence from September 1974 to July 1976, then moved to the Defense Intelligence Agency where he served as vice director until 1977. He next became the director of the National Security Agency.

The interviewer was Bob Oechsler who was a NASA engineer and UFO researcher for many decades. In the interview you will hear a conversation about MJ-12, and the UFO data they were rumored to have controlled. The conversation took place on phone but was arranged in May 1988, at a ground-breaking ceremony for the National Security Agency's new supercomputer facility for the Institute for Defense Analyses, of which Inman was a former director.

Nancy Tremaine had an encounter on board a flying saucer in July 1961 a couple of months before the Hills. I consider it to be one of the most important stories in Ufology.

Years after the event Nancy researched her own case tracking down all the witnesses to the initial event including police. She taped all the conversations. She underwent regression and got the girl who was with her on-board to also undergo regression. That too was taped.

Just as thanksgiving was about to take place in America the Pentagon quietly announced Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group. The new group is under the undersecretary of defense for Intelligence and Security, and it will, focusing on sightings within restricted military airspace and will also “assess and mitigate any associated threats to safety of flight and national security,” a spokeswoman says.

Lou Elizondo was critical of the new office indicating that these are the same people who were responsible for the cover-up.

Despite this criticism policy is made not by Defense Intelligence which was investigating but by the Secretary of Defense on behalf of the President who is the civilian commander of the National Security for the country. The role of the DNI is simply to provide the best evidence available to the President Congress, and the Executive Branch.
