Recently I found myself holding on to a bunch of stories and judgments where another individual was concerned.

And even though the ego absolutely blesses and entitles us to stay in that low vibration, in no way, shape, or form does it serve us. But what does serve us is learning to seek to see all other individuals as God sees them.

And what does God see? God sees all beings as unique, perfect, whole, and complete. I invite you to join me in this 7-day challenge where that is all we seek to see.

If we want to be free, we need to set ourselves free. We need to choose it.

This means that we need to find a way to release and let go of the judgments, opinions, blaming and complaining that the ego would have us invest so much time and energy into.

Yes, the ego would have us believe that these are legitimate, that these are rational, and that holding on to them serves us. But they are not, and they do not.

I invite you to join me as we explore how to release and let go of that which no longer serves so that we may be free to be in ever-expanding peace, love, joy, harmony, wholeness, and abundance - regardless of external conditions and circumstances.

Moving along the Paths of Freedom and Manifestation, to allow for the manifestation of the good we wish to experience to flow into our lives with ease and grace, we have one primary job: to relax, rejoice, and let it be.

It sounds simple, it is simple, but not always easy.

Prayer is not only a beautiful tool for us to call forth the good that we desire.

It is also an equally beautiful and powerful tool to inoculate us from the lower vibrations of fear, worry, and doubt that is running amuck in the world.

As we lean into prayer on a constant and regular basis, we eventually pray ourselves up to the level where the world no longer can touch or move us, regardless of conditions, circumstances, and situations.

A beautiful and powerful practice to keep moving forward along the path of freedom and awakening is to, on a constant and regular basis, stop and observe our minds.

What thoughts are habitually flowing through our consciousness? What thought patterns are we habitually entertaining?

Are they serving us, or are they not serving us?

Becoming aware of what is flowing through our minds is the first and most important step in allowing for transformation to take place.

Let's take an honest look.

As we move along the Path of Manifestation, becoming aware of where we are attaching ourselves to specific outcomes and end results is of great importance, as these in no way, shape, or form will improve or speed up the manifestation but really only restrict and limit Spirit.

How normal it is for us humans to judge others for what they are doing or for what they are not doing. But how little do we know, as to why they are moving through life the way they are.

I just very recently learned something about someone dear to me that really allowed me to have deep compassion for them, where I before had held on to some judgments and opinions about them and how they showed up in life.

As we are walking along the paths of freedom and manifestation, while we absolutely need to learn to reclaim our minds, there is no need for us to work ourselves into exhaustion witnessing, observing our minds and turning our attention away from what we don’t wish to experience toward what we wish to experience.

We absolutely need to do this work, but we do not need to do it 24/7, but there is another way to move ourselves into the higher vibrations that we are wise to also lean into.

Our bodies are beautiful and powerful expressions of Divine intelligence, constantly giving us feedback and guidance as to whether we are in balance or off balance.

The thing is, though, that many of us are not really paying attention to these signals.

We are so tuned out that we don't notice the signs until it is too late.

And so, I invite you to join me for a simple body-awareness exercise where we get to reconnect and tune into the loving guidance of our bodies.

As we are moving through life and our days, the quality of our lives is largely determined by what we practice on a regular basis.

One of the most profound practices we can have, is to come back to the nowness of this moment on a regular and consistent basis.

Just coming back to the breath for a few short conscious breaths during our day will make a tremendous difference in the level of peace, harmony, and wholeness that we experience.
