Denise completed Release the Rags after starting her self-work years prior, and that's why I love her story. She came in with a lot of knowledge about herself and her relationships, but she was willing to continue reinforcing her growth through group work. Another thing she mentions, which I think is really profound, is she had felt in the past that she had to "start over" again and again; but now she has realized that she doesn't have to do that at all. She's able to validate her own growth without someone else doing it for her, and that is an incredibly powerful and free position to be in.

Denise is here for those who have quieter voices and  have a lot of impactful and meaningful things to say.  I know  a lot of people will be able to see themselves in her journey, like I did.
