Everything To Guppy is a bite-sized, four-times weekly comedy/gaming podcast in which Gary Butterfield (Watch Out For Fireballs) and William Hughes (The A.V. Club) attempt to analyze every single item, boss, character, and concept in the rogue-lite video game The Binding Of Isaac. They manage to pull it off only slightly less than 50 percent of the time.

Kole, Ben, Dennis, and David talk about Valheim, Gnosia, and we ask you about easy games that are still fun.
The Grind:Talion caught a bad break. Not only did Sauron kill his family in front of him, but he was killed too! And then an elf spirit had the nerve to possess him and send him on a rampage of vengeance across Mordor! What a revolting predicament. This open world game's big hook is the Nemesis system, which supercharges the sandbox with an evolving army of captains and rivals for you to hunt and manipulate. The story is pretty bland, but you can't deny that this is one of the most inventive open world games to come out in a long time.
Thank you, I See Spiders!
Thank you Joe!
You're trapped in an incomplete game, and given the power to rewrite your reality. It sounds amazing, and there are plenty of grace notes, but this game is a bit too messy for its own good, making broad points with broad characters in a way that left us both feeling a bit cold. A standout performance from James Urbaniak can't quite save this ambitious but flawed indie.

Did you know they made a TV movie out of Legends of the Hidden Temple? And that it's actually kind of okay? This month's Adaptation Decay is a slight deviation from our usual formula, as we talk about the Nickelodeon game show classic, and then examine its faithful film adaptation.
When you think of Alone in the Dark, you probably associate it with good things. It helped establish the survival horror genre! It's Lovecraftian as all hell! But the truth is, outside of that first game, the series just isn't that good. Enter Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare for GameBoy Color... the port that shouldn't be, of the reboot that shouldn't have been.
Will Hughes joins us for the most belligerent episode of ORB yet... as we discuss Escape to the House of Mummies Part 2. We're dropped in media res into Team Venture's attempt to use a time machine to stop an Osiris cult from doing something horrible. Once the team gets trapped, Dr. Venture wriggles his way out of the pyramid and promptly forgets about his boys, as he's roped into a science vs. magic contest with Dr. Orpheus.
Special thanks to Joshua Jarett for our cover art, Gwen May for our theme song, and Brayton Cameron for being our announcer.
