Funerals are bad enough even if you don't have to deal with fembots. Rusty's old college friend, the robotics genius Mike Sorayama, has passed away. His funeral, though sparsely attended, reveals that all of the major characters knew each other in college, with pasts that are more interconnected than they seem. When Mike's trap is sprung, it's up to Hank, Dean, and the original Team Venture to mount a rescue effort.

Everything To Guppy is a bite-sized, four-times weekly comedy/gaming podcast in which Gary Butterfield (Watch Out For Fireballs) and William Hughes (The A.V. Club) attempt to analyze every single item, boss, character, and concept in the rogue-lite video game The Binding Of Isaac. They manage to pull it off only slightly less than 50 percent of the time.
Everyone remembers the X-Files game for PlayStation. It was an FMV game that shipped in a huge case with a ton of CDs. Less well-known is this PS2 survival horror game that is... actually pretty neat! We talk about this, and also pitch a spin-off show: The X-Fires.

Everything To Guppy is usually a blah blah blah blah, this week it's a podcast where two men spend a lot of time being glad about…The Boy.

Kole, Ben, Dennis, and David talk about Maneater, Rust, and we ask you about game design bummers.
The Grind:Nothing good happens on boats. At least, that's the conclusion we came to after thoroughly exploring the Obra Dinn and the fates of its unfortunate occupants. This mystery game, developed by Lucas Pope as a followup to Papers, Please, is unlike most other games out there. And while we have a few quibbles here and there, this game is up there on the list of the best things we've covered on this show.

Zack Handlen joins us to talk about the standout episode of season one of the Venture Bros., where Rusty holds an ill-advised yard sale attended by every unhinged villain and super-scientist who shouldn't have a death ray. Meanwhile, the Monarch's relationship with Dr. Girlfriend begins to deteriorate, while Hank makes his first foray into entrepreneurialism.
