So what is going on with the Steelers “internal division” at quarterback? Does that mean just the players or the front office? We finally got a few answers today. Is there anyone in that front office or on the coaching staff that have doubt in Kenny Pickett? Is it all just Pickett versus Mason Rudolph going into next season? And why does it seem like a guarantee that Rudolph will be back?

Hour 1: The Penguins have the blessing of their best player to trade Jake Guentzel. Do we think it will happen? Have fans come to terms with the Pens likely moving on from Guentzel? The guys think the OK from Sidney Crosby is good enough.

Rob said the team being constructed by 3 GMs over the course of 4 off-seasons has not helped many matters. Hour 1 with Donny Football: The Penguins honored Jaromir Jagr Sunday with an incredible ceremony. It was an emotional night, but the Penguins did not play inspired. Sidney Crosby scored the lone Penguins goal in the first period and the team was kept scoreless since. This team continues to sit in the bottom of the Metro standings. Callers who were at the Jagr jersey retirement reflect on what they saw. LA Kings players came over to shake his hand. Caller JB said he was almost in tears with how great the ceremony was. The ceremony was an hour and had all kinds of amenities to showcase Jagr's career. This team is showing his age, especially Malkin. We hear from more callers on the Penguins 2-1 loss and Jagr stories.

Hour 2 with Donny Football: The Pirates' first spring training game is Saturday. The over/under is set at 75.5 wins. We think they will go over, but not by much. The starting rotation is a concern. The bullpen could be one of the best in baseball, but they have to get them the ball. Oneil Cruz is back for the Pirates and a huge addition to the lineup. Could Cruz have a 30/30 or even a 40/40 season? His impact adds at least a few wins to the team, maybe as many as five. Today is the Daytona 500 after being delayed due to rain. We make our picks and Donny gives us some 500 history.

Hour 3 with Donny Football: Steelers reporter Brian Batko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette joined the show. Russell Wilson happens to be a partner with Acrisure. Will Mason Rudolph return? It's possible and should be a legit competition for QB1. Brian thinks there's a possibility the Steelers trade Diontae Johnson. He was more so wondering out loud than anything, but the note went national with a Twitter page JPA Football. Cam Heyward posted on social media today that he had a successful surgery. He said on his podcast he wouldn't take a pay cut, so the Steelers might have to draw a hard line and make it work with Heyward. what's next with Mason Cole and Najee's 5th-year option. What type of competition would we have with Mason Rudolph and Kenny Pickett both entering camp as Steelers? We don't know if it is much of a competition. Hour 4 with Donny Football: Blake Hinson scored 41 points against Louisville Saturday, tied for third most in Pitt history. Donny is starting to believe Pitt can get the call to dance in March Madness again and make the NCAA Tournament for a second year in a row. They are getting hot at the right time and have beaten Duke and Virginia. Pitt has a better resume, despite some blemishes, than St. John's, Villanova, and some other teams.
