Mike can agree that change is sometimes necessary for change sake, but he doesn’t see the Steelers really doing it. Doug Whaley joined the Fan Morning Show and suggested the Steelers take a gander at Kirk Cousins this upcoming off-season. Is the age and price worth it? Aditi commented on the total points in the game being set at 30.5 – the lowest in roughly 30 years. She talked about where Bill Belichick is at right now and how she does think this could be the final year he’s in New England. Aditi thinks the first time to hit double digits tomorrow night (if it happens) will win the game.

Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. TK thinks Mike Sullivan needs to do something to send a message to the team like sitting a star for at least a small period of time. Tyler pointed out a concerning stat at this stage in the season. TK thinks Evgeni Malkin could be the guy that has his role changed a little bit if it helps things get better. Tyler said if that change doesn’t work, they should shake things up even more – like a significant roster move. The guys asked Tyler what the Pens can do to fix the power play.
