Waking up every morning thinking about how much I weigh, how to get that number down, starving myself, skipping meals, torturing myself with workouts and thinking about the numbers all day and night had me bloody exhausted
But now, none of that is on my mind and here’s a few reasons why…
I changed my environment
I got rid of the scales and diets
I got rid of friends and family that would comment on their weight and always talk badly about theirs
I stopped following people that had negative narratives on fat people and food
I got clear on what my beauty standards are
