Coach Dar's Stroke and Life-Changing Moment
Coach Dar recounts her first stroke at the age of 25, which occurred as a result of a chiropractic manipulation gone wrong. As an occupational therapist, she had been passionately helping patients recover from brain injuries and strokes. The stroke she experienced herself changed the trajectory of her life, leaving her unable to have children and at risk of future strokes. Despite the initial shock, she found the determination to make a positive impact on the world.
