Reflections on HOPE by Saint Francis de Sales and Saint Claude de la Colombiere. The Lord is our Hope, be at peace. As His children, we can rely on Him to provide for us, to care for us, and to never forsake us. Let us all cling to the HOPE of the Lord through each season of uncertainty. Find the full prayer below.

Prayer for Hope

O my God, I am so certain that you watch over those who hope in You, and that when we rely on You for everything, we can lack nothing. I am determined to live in the future without worry, casting all my cares upon You. People may deprive me of my worldly goods and of my honor; illness can take away my strength and the means of serving You. I may even lose Your grace through sin, but I shall never lose hope.

Amen.

Thank you so much again for praying along with us and all of The Prayer Podcast listeners. Our hope is that we are able to provide you with another tool to bring you closer to God.

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful! The Holy Spirit, one of the three persons of the Blessed Trinity, is the breath, the power, and the force living among us all. The Spirit enkindles our hearts, sets us on fire with love for our Lord and for others! Let us all remember to invite the Holy Spirit into our daily lives. Find the full prayer below.

Come, Holy Spirit

Come, Holy Spirit! Fill the hearts of your faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Your love. Send forth your Spirit, and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth. O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations, through Christ, our Lord,

Amen.
