  • The Tone Of Faith w/Dr. Brett Jones | Ep #43

“The greatest pharmacy that exists in the world is within..” -Dr. Brett Jones

    "Healing is rediscovering our wholeness."

Dr. Brett Jones is currently in his 5th week of healing from a ruptured Achilles tendon. After it happened, he went into prayer to discern his next steps. Four days later, it was clear: You will heal this naturally in 3 months. This has (and does) require immense faith, but it’s allowing him to live in a greater state of knowing the principles he believes are true.

In this episode Dr. Jamal and Dr. Brett dive deep into the topic of healing, living a connected life, and acting in faith. Here are some highlights:

Western medicine doesn’t give a sh*t about your healing. It’s set up for you to be a life-long customer of pharmaceutical drugs. (00:57)

People forget that when we throw medicine at a little symptom (tummy ache, fever) we disempower the system. (04:40)

You have to live connected to Creator. A lot of people will go to church, give it all to God on Sunday, then go to their pill cabinet on Monday. Tell me how that makes any f*cking sense. (05:17)

We are programmed from the start that our bodies are not capable. The more programmed you are, the more you start to believe that you aren’t capable. And then, guess what? You’re not capable. (06:13)

What can’t you heal? It depends on your level of belief in yourself and in Creator. Period. (07:35)

When it comes to humanity, our lack of focus is causing a lack of healing. Most people can’t focus. The average focus span in the majority of humanity is 8-9 seconds. (10:47)

To step into faith there is a large unknown. Most of us are making decisions with a small amount of unknown. 100% unknown = 100% faith required. (20:47)

I have to live first and foremost with my integrity with self. (23:32)

The act of faith creates an energetic ripple. There is something very special about the energy of faith - it becomes like a beacon out to humanity. (25:05)

We all need a community that wants to see us win. (27:23)

There is a difference between buying time in life and living a higher quality life. A lot of people are living longer, but sicker than ever. (36:58)

About every single thing that can be produced and then synthesized in the form of a pill can be produced endogenously. (39:00)

How much of your life are you willing to change and dedicate to your healing process? How much are you willing to learn about yourself? (40:50)

    Symptoms are messengers. (45:12)

If you are listening right now, focus on your relationships. Who is in your life? Who is in your proximity? Do you need to upgrade the people in your life? (54:12)

“Your integrity provides the evidence you need to live and accomplish your dreams.” -Dr. Jamal

“Your will and your belief in yourself is your superpower.” -Alex Liu

In this episode Dr. Jamal and Director Alex Liu chat about the importance, and process, of living in integrity to yourself, as well as and the power integrity has to change your life. Here are some highlights:

    - When you’re out of integrity, it predisposes you to burnout. (01:25)

    - Your integrity creates your boundaries. (04:00)

    - When you follow through with the things you tell yourself you’re going to do, you build trust with yourself. (05:00)

    - Breaking integrity with yourself weakens your spiritual power and ability to manifest what you want. (05:45)

    - Level 1 integrity: Starting to trust yourself. Level 2: An evolution of awakening, which leads to feeling like you can go “all in”. (09:00)

    - You are either stagnant, or you’re moving. Stagnancy is a sign of sickness. (13:17)

    - Integrity starts with knowing yourself, and knowing yourself is self-love. (15:03)

    - Integrity gives structure and direction to the energy that is within you. (18:40)

    - Without intention, you are drifting. (19:35)

    - When you are living in integrity, your will becomes inevitable. (23:23)

    - Don’t fake it til you make it. Be it until you become it. (24:20)

    -  You can always start over and build again. If you haven’t been living in integrity, give yourself grace and take the opportunity to start now. (33:05)

  • How Gratitude and Expanding Your Perception During Hard Times Can Get You Through Them w/Director Alex Liu #39

“Gratitude is the decompressive breath needed to move through a perceived negative time.”  - Dr. Jamal Früster

In this episode Dr. Jamal and Director Liu share some powerful thoughts about gratitude and perspective, such as…

    - Just because the majority of people accept something as reality, doesn’t mean that it’s true. - Dr. Brett Jones (02:55)

    - Every compressive time is a fever for you to burn away and navigate to a new level of expression and restore your health. (03:52)

    - Staying grateful in the challenging times all starts with perception. There is always something to be grateful for. You are not failing as long as you don’t give up. (05:35)

    - When you shift your negative thoughts to gratitude and celebration, you notice how everything in life is happening for you (even the challenges). (11:12)

    - Start your day with meditation: breathwork, gratitude, visualization. (12:33)

    - Focus on celebration, and celebrate things that aren’t even happening yet - mentally start rehearsing it now. (18:00)

    - It’s time to recession-proof your health. Four pillars of health: Recuperation, movement, nourishment, presence. Go connect to nature - breathe fresh air, drink high-quality water, put your feet on the ground outside for 10-15 minutes, look at the sun when it comes up. (19:20)

    - How do you know what you should BE in this life? The ikigai - the balance of what you’re good at, what you’re passionate about, what you can get paid for, and what’s in alignment with your soul. BE THAT. Your ikigai is your personal legend. (21:27)

    - The Universe can reward you with more than you can dream because you don’t know what’s beyond your thought horizon. It’s time to think bigger! (27:00)

    - The world is abundant - the limitation is only in your mind. (29:43)
