We live in a world that constantly teaches us to work on what people can see—our appearance, our careers, our relationships, our homes, our image, and even our social media presence. We know how to look good, show up, keep it together, and be everything everyone else needs us to be.

But what happens when the outside looks amazing while the inside is struggling?

Pretty Outside, Nasty Inside is a conversation about the work nobody sees—the inner work. The healing. The self-reflection. The uncomfortable conversations we have to have with ourselves. The patterns we have to unlearn, the wounds we have to acknowledge, and the parts of ourselves we can no longer neglect.

Because sometimes we spend so much time becoming better for everyone else that we forget to become healthier for ourselves.

You can have the glow-up and still need healing.

You can be successful and still be struggling.

You can love everybody else and still not know how to love yourself well.

You can look completely put together and still be falling apart privately.

This episode is an invitation to stop asking, “How do I look?” and start asking, “How am I?”

Because the outside deserves attention—but so does the person living inside of it.
