Yep, you read that right. Cold showers will absolutely save your marriage. If you are anything like me, controlling certain emotions is difficult. Doing so is even more difficult when it comes to my marriage... I feed off of DeEllen's energy and it often causes far more discomfort in our marriage than it should. This episode is all about me finally making the connection between my cold shower training and my marriage. I am now in control of the way I react... not her and definitely not the angry little man in my head. Me.
Less petty fights, more rational conversations, more happy marriage!
