I get a little vulnerable by telling a story that recently happened to me and a change I decided to make for myself. I had to get over my fear of asking for help. Want to know the tea? In today's episode, it's you and me! I wanted to talk about my story and how I got to be where I am today. I tell you everything from my goal of playing softball collegiately to eventually quitting playing softball collegiately. I chat about my thoughts and emotions through all of it and how it made me into the person I am today. I give you some insight on my career change during the best summer of my life. I transferred, lived with three random roommates, spent a lot of time alone, and learned to love being alone with my own thoughts. The biggest takeaway from this is that it's not about the "what's next," but about the things you learn, lose, and gain along the way. Deep, I know.
