In today’s episode, I have a phone call chat with Rachel Aho, a long-time friend of mine. Rachel and I go way back... Rachel opened my locker for me on the first day of high school freshman year... the rest is history. We chat about Rachel’s experiences with being an athlete; getting injured, transferring, and losing her final playoff season due to COVID-19. Rachel talks in detail about her Internship last summer in LA and how that adversity helped her personally and professionally. Today’s episode is a classic banter, laugh, and catch up phone call. Hope you all enjoy!

Dear Diary... Should I apologize for being so MIA? Yes, I have been ghosting for the past two weeks. Life's been crazy, but today I am coming at you with a chatty episode about burn out, life, and going to concerts alone? Concerts.... Alone?! Yes, you read that right. I love going to concerts alone, and in this episode I describe why you should give it a go soon. I am very excited for the content to come in the upcoming weeks! Thank you for your patience and love! Looking forward to the episodes to come!!
Dear Diary... How do I say "no?" In today's episode, I dive right into the idea of saying "no" and understanding that saying "no" is NOT selfish. I talk about prioritization, and how we all prioritize things differently in our lives. May it be school, work, family, faith, or a social life, we all rank things of importance differently in our life. BUT your number one priority should always be yourself! You are your number one project, and we need to start acting that way! Putting yourself on the top of your priority list and learning to say "no" does not make you selfish... and if it does, then call me selfish! The SELF-ish Club is now open and accepting members!

Dear Diary... Did I tell you "I love you" lately? In today's episode, I talk about how we can't wait to reach out to those we care about. Life's too short, and it can be taken from us today, tomorrow, next week... We never know. Life isn't going to wait for you to say what you need to say. Just had to bring this to everyone's attention, and I hope this brings light to your day. Life's too short, and it's in your hands to make it the best you can be.
Dear Diary... What the heck is "manifestation?"
Well, let me tell you! In today's episode, I dive deep in manifestation and give you all 20 killer tips that will help you transform your life. The manifestation mindset is, real people. Law of Attraction is real, people. So let's change the way we think and manifest our dreams and goals! A little bit of a longer episode today, but I TRULY hope these tips and tricks help you to get started on being happier and more productive. :-)
Dear Diary... Am I a bad friend?
In today's episode, I get a bit personal as I dive into the past and how lost friendships have caused me to wonder, "Am I a bad friend?" I chat about how to let go of those pushing you away and how to learn from lost friendships. This episode was a bit personal and hard for me to chat about, but I hope it helps someone out there who may being dealing with losing a friend. Things happen for a reason, but it's your job to use those lost friendships to build the other ones you have.
Dear Diary... Am I really that weird?
In ep2 of Dear Diary Podcast, I focus on the idea of being the truest and best version of yourself... The one that isn't cerated by societal expectations and perceptions! We talk about your "customer service voice" and how to dig deep to learn to fully understand who you are. I give a little tough love on being as unapologetically you as possible... because let's be honest. You're only going to be truly happy and at peace when you put aside what others think of you and learn to love every inch of your being... Even the flaws and quirks! We also dive into how understanding yourself at the very core will allow you to gain confidence when asking for what you want and need in life/relationships. I hope you enjoy the energy of this episode, and are able to sit back and think about all the wonderful things that make you, you!
