He's a life coach, keynote speaker that wasn't always this way, he found his purpose through the journey dealing with his own mental health issues, depression and suicidal ideation. He developed a program and a "depression playbook" to help other men to overcome their struggles. Pat Gagne is not an ordinary high school teacher. He changes lives and educates students during the day time, while thinking of what jokes would land at an open mics, comedy clubs or Stand-Up Comedy competitions. Get Ready for a not so usual episode. Josh and Dan, who own Intergalactic Sauces, visited the studio with their amazing products. We sat down and did the full "gauntlet" of sauces from lowest heat to the highest. This episode is focusing on them and their sauces as well as we touch base on how they deal with their mental health while trying to build up their company. As the heat rises in their sauces so does the heavy breathing, lips smacking and sweat in the studio so bear with us. We had a blast, lots of laugh and YES, it did hurt us the next day.
