Never underestimate the power of, “Are you okay? Is there anything I can do to help you?” The power of those two questions became evident to me after we experienced the wrath of Hurricane Ian. The importance of community is so evident after something like this.

But to be truthful, it’s important every single day. At the end of the day, none of the bullshit like competition, opinions, or personal differences matter. Relationships do! Experiencing Hurricane Ian really taught me this.

This is why it is so important to find your people and love them hard. This is why I am so passionate about the Accelerated Business Alliance. Community is the one thing that every single person should be investing in. You should be investing time and you should be investing financially into some form of community. Discovery calls are NOT a waste of time.  The only reason it may seem that way is because you aren’t doing it right. Tell me if this sounds familiar. In order your grow your biz, you have to have discipline and commitment to yourself and your business. I’m not saying that you have to be working in and on your business all hours of the day and eventually dive head first into burnout. I’m also not saying that you can only work 2 hours a day and magically make 6 figures. Both of those trains of thought are complete bull$h*t. But there is a happy medium. And you, as a business owner, get to decide what that happy medium looks like for you. Regardless of what it looks like, you have to remain disciplined and committed enough to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Facts vs Emotions - Growth mindset requires you separate the two. No offense to the ladies, but men typically tend to be a little bit better at this because they're just very factual and data-driven. When it comes to business, you have to look at the facts! Being able to separate facts from emotions is very important to the growth in your mindset. You are a business owner and business owners sometimes have to make really hard decisions based on facts that are presented to them.If you truly want to grow your biz, you cannot continue to just operate in a state of emotion.
