If you want to change the trajectory of your life, you must change your narrative first.
We see the world and those around us through a default lens setting, which is often based on childhood experiences, past traumas, and life-changing events. We try to make sense of our lives by unpacking and organizing memories into a story. Sadly, the story we believe to be factual, could not be further from the truth.
In episode 9 of The Recovery Coach Podcast, Alison and Seth discuss the transformative power in changing the narrative and uncovering our true, God-given identity. While we cannot undo the past, we can begin to create a new story filled with growth, resilience and freedom.
