• Ask yourself "Do I see a better version of this person on the other side of a tough conversation."
• Ask yourself "Do I love this person before I have this tough conversation."
• Awareness is a catalyst for change. If they are aware of their unhealthy mindset then we can start moving forward.
• Tough conversations are much easier if you have equity.
• Make a conscious decision to be happy at work and put your best foot forward.

• Spend time interacting with your customers to know their experience
• To build a great team you have to have great customer care
• Take care of the guest that's front of you
• Texting a business is a great opportunity to start building a relationship with a guest
