2. Transitions often uproot our world, in ways we aren’t prepared or don’t know how to deal with. No one was prepared the world would be at a stand still today. How do you recommend listeners, whether sales professionals, executives, entrepreneurs or anyone to redirect their uncertainly to cope in these changing times?

3. Some of us are good planners and many are not all, but as we work through a major life shift, it’s a good idea to be more organized. What are 3 organisation/planning tips you advise our listeners to action while mostly at home?

4. Everywhere I looked while researching this Episode I came across 4 Words. “Take Care of Yourself” What recommendations do you have for our listeners and viewers to take care of themselves? What are some of the things you currently practice given current circumstances Stephen?

5. Based on your decades of experience in business, and an observer, what one piece of advice would you offer to people laid off to help them show care for others while coping themselves.

Life transitions are often difficult, but they have a positive side, too. They provide us with an opportunity to assess the direction our lives are taking. They are a chance to grow and learn. Here are some ideas that may help make the process rewarding.

Accept that change is a normal part of life. People who have this attitude seem to have the easiest time getting through life transitions. Seeing changes as negative or as experiences that must be avoided makes them more difficult to navigate and less personally productive.

Accept that you may never completely understand what has happened to you. You are likely to spend a lot of time feeling confused and afraid. This makes most of us very uncomfortable. The discomfort and confusion will pass, and clarity will return.

Keep some things consistent. When you are experiencing a significant life change, it helps to keep as much of your daily routine consistent as you can.
