Today’s podcast episode is called the art of doing nothing and it is based on the book “Don’t Just Sit There, DO NOTHING” by author Jessie Kanzer. We’re going to talk about Tao Te Ching and the importance of doing nothing. I have even forgotten the last time I was doing nothing!

And this is really important for fertility because there’s so much chaos going on, it’s hard to create stillness through doing nothing. This is a spiritual thing, but also it always comes back to the physical and thus very important for overall wellness, mind, spirit.

Jessie Asya Kanzer was born in the Soviet Union. At the age of eight, she emigrated with her family to Brooklyn. She is a writer and former reporter and actress. With my parents' health and all the things that I am, I would like to have some balance and peace. This requires me to simplify quite a bit in my life. So that is my intention for this year.
