The 2022 Canon Fodder wrap up is here with new details on past episodes. In 2022 we got a brilliant new installment in the Alien/Predator franchise with ‘Prey’. This movie was released directly on Hulu and it was easily the best Predator property since the original movie. Creed III trailer has dropped in a big way. Clerks III dropped emotions all over our face (see last episode) in addition to some brilliant new one-shot comics called Quick Stops, written by Kevin Smith. That and more in our 2022 wrap up. Talking Tacos episode 100 is here. The boys are now a real podcast, as they say in the biz. First off, we apologize for forgetting to turn on our fifth guest mic, so we have a slight audio quality issue with our guest microphone. But the reason that happened was because we were all so flabbergasted by our surprise decorations for episode 100 that our Director of Hot Sauce Acquisitions snuck into Loteria. Giant balloons, taco confetti, and a monstrous taco shaped cake (which was delicious). But the bit was that everyone was in on it. Alejandra and the entire staff had a different story about who set up the decorations for us. Our one chip challenge this week was brought to us by our dear friend Shanna, of the Bond St Complex. Episode 84 of Ready Set Revue is our 2022 Holiday Spectacular! Will and Matt have watched the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special on Disney Plus and saw Violent Night in theaters. Both of these were excellent in their own way. Violent Night was absurdly over the top, but had some hallmark (no pun intended) elements of good Christmas movies. The Guardians Holiday Special was surprisingly heartwarming with a healthy dose of the shenanigans that you’ve come to expect from this group. There was also a surprising amount of world and continuity building, which appears to be setting up some elements for Guardians 3. Check it out and be prepared for spoilers.

Episode 97 of Talking Tacos was a weird one! With the establishment formerly known as the Green Room closed on Tuesdays in the winter, we’ve been establishing ourselves at a new Green Room in Barrio Costero, but that place was PACKED this week. So we tried Reyla. Closed. Then we tried Black Swan. Open, but with so-so cocktails. On the plus side, there was bingo. The boys were WAY out of it this week so bear with us. Kirstie Alley died. The Liver King is a fraud. AI art memes are dumb. And a cum-looking hot sauce that was weak on both flavor and heat. Here we go!
